Andy Warhol is famous for his colourful pop art prints of cultural icons including Maralyn Monroe and John Lennon, but he also made prints of flowers. This yarn is based on his 1964 flower print. Poppy pinks, yellows and greens burst from this playful skein, part of my Spring collection for February's Yorkshire Yarn Fest.
This Peruvian yarn is a 4 ply made from 50% Alpaca wool and 50% Merino, which is soft to touch and won't be itchy next to the skin. It is incredibly warm, lightweight and strong. It contains no lanolin, so is great if you have allergies. This yarn is hand wash only.
