Jackson Pollock was an abstract impressionist, renowned for using a 'drip technique' to create his frenetic works. I use similar drip techniques when dyeing my yarn. This yarn is based around Pollock's paining No.37, a frenzied explosion of blue tones, whites and blacks.
This is a very durable yarn due to the addition of the 25% Nylon but keeps it's soft touch and natural elasticity as it contains 75% Merino. This is a strong and hard-wearing yarn and is perfect for cozy bed socks and super warm walking or ski socks. It is a standard DK yarn perfect for any DK project including sweaters, scarves and hats.
